On January 7th, blockchain network Elastos announced the launch of the Arbiter Network public beta version of its Bitcoin Layer2 network BeL2. Arbiter nodes provide time-based transaction supervision and decentralized dispute resolution, allowing bitcoin to remain on the mainnet while using smart contracts on the EVM blockchain.
