Blockchain network Elastos has released a public beta of its Arbiter network for Bitcoin Layer2 BeL2. Sasha Mitchell, head of operations at Elastos, said: "The Arbiter network is an important piece of the puzzle of the BeL2 infrastructure, providing a fully decentralized Bitcoin finance platform that takes full advantage of Bitcoin's risk resistance without relying on a centralized custodian through Arbiter's trustless oversight and time-based services."
