Elastos Launches Public Beta of Arbiter Network for Its Bitcoin Layer2 Network BeL2

On January 7th, blockchain network Elastos announced the launch of the Arbiter Network public beta version of its Bitcoin Layer2 network BeL2. Arbiter nodes provide time-based transaction supervision and decentralized dispute resolution, allowing bitcoin to remain on the mainnet while using smart contracts on the EVM blockchain.
