Mitsubishi UFJ Trust Bank, the trust arm of Japan's largest bank MUFG, has bought a high-rise building in the city of Osaka for more than 100 billion yen ($681 million), with plans to turn it into a digital security to sell a tokenized real estate product to retail and institutional investors.
