Specifically, the proposal proposes to allocate 25 million MNDEs to deepen mSOL liquidity in DeFi by implementing a strategy on Solend to make looping from MeteoramSOL/SOL more profitable than current mSOL pools such as Solend and Kamino and other SOLLSTs.
