官方治理论坛显示，Solana质押协议MarinadeDAO发起新提案，提议解锁5000万枚MNDE，以用于奖励活动“Marinade Earn Season 3”。具体而言，提案建议分配2500万枚MNDE，通过在Solend上执行一项策略，使从MeteoramSOL/SOL进行（抵押）的循环（looping）比目前的mSOL池（如Solend和Kamino）和其他SOLLST获利更高，从而加深DeFi中的mSOL流动性。
