Web3服务平台BACKSEAT完成种子轮融资，总融资达 14 亿日元（折合约 970 万美元）。该种子轮由 Spiral Capital 和 Headline Asia 联合领投，East Ventures 参投。BACKSEAT Exchange 基于此前 BACKSEAT 株式会社收购的日本加密交易所 coinbook 成立。

据CoinPost报道，曾于2023年上线NIDT的日本加密交易所coinbook已被BACKSEAT株式会社全资收购，并将于4月21日更名为“BACKSEAT暗号資産交換業株式会社”。官网也将迁移至backseat-exchange.com。新管理层将以推动Web3发展和区块链业务扩展为核心战略。
