据CoinPost报道，曾于2023年上线NIDT的日本加密交易所coinbook已被BACKSEAT株式会社全资收购，并将于4月21日更名为“BACKSEAT暗号資産交換業株式会社”。官网也将迁移至backseat-exchange.com。新管理层将以推动Web3发展和区块链业务扩展为核心战略。
