Dutch bitcoin platform Blockrise has announced that it has been authorized by the Dutch financial marekt authority (AFM) to provide bitcoin-related services in Europe under the European Union MiCAR. Blockrise is a "Bitcoin-only" platform that will offer bitcoin-secured loans to corporate customers with a starting amount of 20,000 euros, and the customer retains the ownership of the collateralized BTC without being re-pledged.
