Blockrise Receives MiCAR License, Launches BTC Pledged Loan, Intends to Raise 15 million Euros

Dutch bitcoin platform Blockrise has announced that it has been authorized by the Dutch financial marekt authority (AFM) to provide bitcoin-related services in Europe under the European Union MiCAR. Blockrise is a "Bitcoin-only" platform that will offer bitcoin-secured loans to corporate customers with a starting amount of 20,000 euros, and the customer retains the ownership of the collateralized BTC without being re-pledged. The company previously received a 2 million euro seed round of financing, and now plans to launch a 15 million euro A round to expand the European Union market and credit business.
