吴清：长期破净公司要制定价值提升的计划

9月24日讯， 中国证监会主席吴清表示，近期将就市值管理指引公开征求意见，要求长期破净公司要制定价值提升计划、评估实施效果，并且要求公开披露。要形成一些市场约束，切实负起责任，制定好市值管理的制度。同时，上市公司要提高合规意识，不能以市值管理的名义来实施操纵市场、内幕交易等一些违法违规行为。
