9月24日讯，国务院新闻办公室9月24日举行新闻发布会，证监会主席吴清在会上表示，证监会将发布上市公司市值管理指引，很快将征求意见。指引要求上市公司要依法做好市值管理，董事会要高度重视投资者保护和投资者回报，上市公司要积极运用并购重组等工具，长期破净公司要制定价值提升的计划，评估实施效果并披露，主要指数成份股公司要制定市值管理制度。
