9月24日讯，国务院新闻办公室9月24日举行新闻发布会，证监会主席吴清在会上表示，加强市值管理，上市公司和相关方要提高合规意识，不能以市值管理名义来实施操纵市场、内幕交易等违法违规行为。将建立上市公司股份回购的市场化激励约束机制，激发上市公司大股东、高管等主体等提升上市公司价值。
