According to CNBC, JPMorgan updated its July list of top stock ideas from its analysts, adding EPR Properties and removing Broadstone Net Lease, JFrog and Palo Alto Networks. CNBC reported that Wall Street ended the first half with the Dow Jones Industrial Average up 8.9%, the S&P 500 up 9.6% and the Nasdaq Composite up 12.8%. JPMorgan analyst Anthony Paolone cited EPR Properties’ dividend yield of about 6.1% and rated the REIT overweight with a $62 price target, implying nearly 5% upside from Thursday’s close; CNBC also noted EPR is up 18% in 2026 and completed an acquisition of seven regional parks from Six Flags Entertainment earlier this year. CNBC added that Alphabet is also on JPMorgan’s July list after joining the Dow Jones Industrial Average and replacing Verizon, and said the stock rose almost 5% on its Dow debut Monday; JPMorgan analyst Doug Anmuth rates Alphabet overweight with a $460 price target, implying about 28% upside from Thursday’s close, and CNBC said the company in early June priced and upsized its equity capital raise to $84.75 billion from $80 billion, including a $10 billion Berkshire Hathaway investment in a private placement.
