加密网络犯罪调查组织 SEAL 推出“可验证网络钓鱼举报器”，采用“TLS证明”加密方案，让白帽研究人员看到受害者访问网站的真实内容，识别隐藏的钓鱼行为。该工具已完成私测，即将向公众开放。SEAL成立于2024年，获得 a16z Crypto、以太坊基金会和 Paradigm 等支持。
