SEAL Launches New Tool for Reporting Crypto Phishing Sites

SEAL, a crypto cybercrime investigation organization, has launched the "Verifiable Phishing Detector", which uses a "TLS proof" encryption scheme to allow white hat researchers to see the real content of a victim's visit to a website and identify hidden phishing. The tool has completed private beta and will soon be available to the public. SEAL was founded in 2024 and is supported by a16z Crypto, the Ethereum Foundation, and Paradigm, among others.
