French bank partners with Euroclear on tokenized commercial paper project

The Bank of France (Banque de France) and Euroclear have jointly launched "Project Pythagore", which aims to tokenize the European Union Negotiable Commercial Paper (NEU CP) market. The project is scheduled to go live by the end of 2026.
