5月8日消息，Cosmos 社区正对“Gaia v16 升级”提案进行投票，投票截至 5 月 10 日。
据介绍，Gaia v16 升级将包括 4 个主要新功能：ICA 控制器子模块、IBC 速率限制模块（具有 890 号提案中概述的初始速率限制）、IBC 费用模块、ICS epochs（ICS v4.1.0 的一部分）。同时，在治理投票批准后，需要更新 Gaia v16.0.0 的相关二进制文件并提交给 Cosmos Hub，更新过程大约需要两周时间。
