周三，法国数据保护机构对美国搜索巨头谷歌(GOOG.O)处以创纪录的3.25亿欧元（约合3.8亿美元）罚款，原因是该公司未能遵守相关的互联网cookie规定。监管机构表示，谷歌因“未经用户同意情况下，在Gmail用户的电子邮件之间显示广告，并在用户创建谷歌账户时未经用户有效同意下放置cookie”而被罚款。
