Nasdaq-listed company Mangoceuticals announced that it will partner with Cube Group to establish a subsidiary, Mango DAT, to advance its strategy of building a $100 million SOL digital asset treasury (DAT), which will be raised through ATM financing programs and the sale of common shares. It is reported that the company also filed a trademark application for "MULTI-DAT" with the US Patent and Trademark Office to promote a series of strategic digital assets and DeFi initiatives.
