Arthur Hayes: The bull market for counterfeit products never ended, but traders missed out on leading currencies

While many cryptocurrency traders are still waiting for the next counterfeit products season, BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes said the counterfeit products season has been ongoing.
"Counterfeit products season happens all the time... If you keep saying that counterfeit products season doesn't exist, it's only because you don't have the coins that are going up," Mr. Hayes said in a podcast interview posted to YouTube on Thursday.
He pointed out that many traders still expect the counterfeit products season to unfold as it has in previous years, believing that the same cryptocurrency and market narrative will repeat itself. "You want it to be like the last counterfeit products season, because then you feel like you know what to do," Hayes said.
