The company's ADR transaction is expected to take effect in the United States on December 19, 2025 (EST).
According to the announcement, the move is designed to increase accessibility and transparency for global investors and meet U.S. investor demand for more efficient direct participation in company equity. ADRs will be denominated in U.S. dollars and traded through the U.S. securities trading infrastructure, reducing transaction costs and improving settlement efficiency.
