Standard Chartered and Coinbase Expand Institutional Digital Asset Services Partnership

Coinbase and Standard Chartered have announced an expanded partnership to jointly explore the development of a full range of digital asset services solutions for institutional clients, including trading, custody, staking and lending. The upgrade builds on the two companies' existing business relationship in Singapore, where Standard Chartered currently provides Coinbase customers with real-time Singapore dollar transfers. With JPMorgan Chase introducing the JPM Coin deposit token to Coinbase's Layer-2 blockchain base, Coinbase's trust in banks and other institutions continues to grow.
