The Smarter Web Company Announces Completion of 230,000 Common Stock Placement

The Smarter Web Company, a UK-based bitcoin treasury company, announced that it has completed the placement of 230,000 ordinary shares (the "Subscription Shares") in accordance with the terms of the Subscription Agreement announced on September 4, 2025.
The total proceeds raised from the subscription share placement were £140,548.74 (before fees), equivalent to approximately £0.61 per share; upon closing at the beginning of the week, the company will receive approximately 98% of the proceeds raised. According to the Subscription Agreement, the outstanding balance of ordinary shares placed is 13,245,500 shares.
