上海市气象局15日14时升级台风Ⅰ级应急响应。预计，今年第13号台风“贝碧嘉”将于16日凌晨到上午在上海浦东到浙江舟山一带登陆，登陆强度为台风或强台风（12～14级），15日夜间到16日白天对本市造成明显风雨影响。
