11月22日讯，广州市促进智能网联与新能源汽车产业发展工作专班印发《在不同混行环境下开展智能网联汽车（自动驾驶）应用示范运营的工作方案（第二版）》，其中提到，准入主体需在国内外测试时间不少于24个月且测试里程不少于100万公里；在广州市已划定的测试区内三级测试路段合计完成自动驾驶里程不少于10万公里测试，且未发生主动责任交通事故及失控状态。具备整车生产制造资质和研发能力的企业可适当放宽条件。

9月24日讯，人民银行行长潘功胜表示，近期主要经济体货币政策进行了调整，人民币汇率贬值压力明显缓解。美联储降息50个基点是过去几年中加息周期后的首次降息，主要经济体货币政策进入降息周期，美元升值动能减弱。随着国内外货币政策周期差收敛，人民币汇率基本稳定的外部压力明显减轻。
