XREX Singapore, a blockchain-based Financial Institution Group specialising in cross-border transfers in emerging markets, has announced that it has been granted a Major Payments Institution (MPI) license by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the country's central bank and financial regulator, following approval in principle from the Monetary Authority of Singapore last November.
