Templar Protocol, a decentralized on-chain lending protocol based on Bitcoin, completed a $4 million Pre-Seed round of financing, with participation from Robot Ventures, Digital Asset Capital Management, Proximity Labs, Blackdragon Capital, NEAR Protocol, and others.
