
Stablecoin issuer Tether has joined an $81 million round as humanoid robotics draws increasing investor interest.
The company behind Tether is considering its biggest investment to date: a $1.16 billion investment in Neura Robotics, a fast-growing German robotics company that develops humanoid robots. The Financial Times reported, citing people familiar with the matter, that the two sides are in talks and that a potential deal would value Neura at between $9.29 billion and $11.60 billion.
