MARA to acquire 64% stake in Exaion to enter high-performance computing
MARA, the bitcoin miner that maintains an "outperform" rating on MARA shares with a $28 price target, will acquire a 64 per cent stake in Exaion, a high-performance computing (HPC) company owned by French energy giant EDF, raising the shareholding ratio to 75 per cent by 2027, broker HC Wainwright said in a research note on Tuesday.
