On May 24th, Solana announced the launch of a new verification service for Solana Attestation Service (SAS), which can be used to verify any content and aims to provide a layer of trust to the internet capital markets. SAS allows off-chain data to be associated with any Solana wallet, and applications can now verify information such as KYC/ID, investor authentication, and on-chain reputation, while maintaining privacy through signed verification.
