Alluvial, a developer of the pledge agreement, completed a $4.30 million strategic financing, led by Variant. Participants include Ethereal Ventures, Brevan Howard Digital, F-Prime Capital, a venture capital arm of Fidelity Investment's parent company, and Nascent. This round of financing brings Alluvial's total financing to $22.50 million. Previously, Alluvial completed a $12 million Series A financing in July last year, with Ethereal Ventures and Variant co-leading the investment.
