Canadian-listed special purpose acquisition firm Mercer Park Opportunities announced that it has reached a $300 million business merger agreement with digital asset exchange Cube Group. After the merger transaction is completed, the new company will acquire SOL tokens for $500 million in stock as consideration to establish a Solana treasury, and optimize fund management by pledging proceeds.
