Singapore blockchain technology company THE GROWHUB LIMITED (GrowHub) announced that it will launch an initial public offering (IPO) on Nasdaq, with a total of 3,750,000 Class A common shares issued at a price of $4.00 per share. The IPO will be listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market on August 28 local time, with the stock code "TGHL".
