Marathon Digital签署8730万美元最终购买协议收购Applied Digital比特币挖矿数据中心
Od据官方公告，纳斯达克上市矿企 Marathon Digital 宣布已签署 8730 万美元最终购买协议收购 Applied Digital 比特币挖矿数据中心，Marathon Digital 后续将从资产负债表中以现金支付购买价。据悉，通过收购该数据中心，Marathon 将直接拥有其当前的现场运营，并将额外获得 100 兆瓦的容量用于扩展，其中 32 兆瓦预计将在交易结束时可用，其余容量将可用其中须经监管部门批准。Marathon 预计到 2024 年将其在该地点的发电量再增加 100 兆瓦，
