3月20日讯，记者从商务部获悉，1月15日《手机、平板、智能手表（手环）购新补贴实施方案》发布以来，补贴政策快速落地，总体开局良好，实施顺利，成效显著。根据商务部全国家电以旧换新及手机等数码产品购新补贴资格校验系统数据平台监测，截至3月18日，已有4219.3万名消费者申请了5225.1万件手机等数码产品购新补贴，完成购买2254.6万件，销售669.5亿元。截至目前，手机线上线下销售量占比分别为33%、67%。下一步，商务部将会同有关部门持续做好手机等补贴政策组织实施，指导地方进一步加强政策宣传解读，优化补贴流程，提升消费体验，加强补贴资金风险防范。
