According to data released by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) cited by CoinDesk, in the second quarter of 2024, 29 banks around the world held a total of 341.50 billion euros (about 368.30 billion dollars) in crypto assets, of which only 2.46% were spot crypto assets.
