Harvest plans to open Hong Kong Bitcoin ETF to Chinese mainland
Chinese fund house Harvest Global Investments, one of the first issuers of spot Bitcoin and Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in Hong Kong, has confirmed plans to open the funds to Chinese mainland investors through Stock Connect. Han Tongli, CEO of Harvest Funds, discussed at the Bitcoin Asia conference the possibility of including these ETFs in the ETF Connect program, a broader "Stock Connect" initiative launched in 2014.
