Japanese cryptocurrency exchange Coincheck has acquired Aplo, a French digital asset broker regulated by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF). The Coincheck Group said the acquisition will help it expand into the European market. The transaction is expected to close in October 2025, and all outstanding shares of Aplo will be converted into newly issued common shares of the Coincheck Group.
