日本加密货币交易所Coincheck已收购法国受Autorité des Marchés Financiers（AMF）监管的数字资产经纪商Aplo。Coincheck集团表示，此次收购将助力其扩展欧洲市场。交易预计于2025年10月完成，所有Aplo的已发行股份将转换为Coincheck集团新发行的普通股。
