10月12日讯，10月12日，财政部副部长廖岷在国新办新闻发布会上表示，财政部与相关部门同向发力，聚焦促进房地产市场供需平衡。下一步，财政部将积极研究出台有利于房地产平稳发展的增量措施，允许专项债券用于土地储备，主要是考虑当前各地闲置未开发的土地相对较多，确有需要的地区可以用于新增土地储备项目。
