10月12日讯，10月12日，财政部副部长廖岷在国新办新闻发布会上表示，下一步，财政部将积极研究出台有利于房地产平稳发展的增量措施，支持收购存量房。加大保障型住房的供给。考虑到当前已建待售的住房相对较多。主要采取两项支持措施：一项是用好专项债券来收购存量商品房，用作各地的保障性住房。另一项是继续用好保障型安居工程补助资金。
