10月11日讯，国家发改委主任郑栅洁在人民日报撰文称，抓好中长期规划和年度计划落实。完善国家战略规划体系和政策统筹协调机制，扎实推进“十四五”规划落实，研究提出“十五五”经济社会发展基本思路。编制实施好年度计划，加强年度计划与国家发展规划的衔接，抓好年度计划各项指标落实工作，坚定不移完成全年经济社会发展预期目标。
