摩根士丹利：英国央行的政策措辞可能出现鸽派微调

摩根士丹利预计英国央行将以6：3的投票比例支持利率不变。但政策措辞可能出现鸽派调整，暗示可能会在11月采取行动。“考虑到8月份以来的全部数据，以及现有限制措施的规模，我们认为，市场对9月份降息的定价应该略高一些。但即便如此，我们也认为降息的可能性不会超过30%。”大摩预计，英国央行明年QT的规模为1000亿英镑，此前预计为900亿，但仍认为风险倾向于更低，“11月是英国央行今年的关键会议，我们预计它将为更快的降息步伐奠定基础，因为服务价格的反通胀势头正在增强。我们预计11月和12月将降息，到明年8月银行利率将达到3.25%。”（金十）
