Japanese venture capital firm Metaplanet has announced its Series 11 share rights, planning to significantly increase its bitcoin holdings. The company will raise 299.70 million yen by exercising 540,000 share options, and is expected to start delivering shares on September 18. Metaplanet currently holds 203.734 bitcoins, with an increase of 42.47 in the past few months. The company said the move is part of its long-term investment strategy to strengthen its position in the cryptocurrency market.
