日本风险投资公司Metaplanet宣布了其第11系列股票收购权，计划大幅增加比特币持仓。公司将通过行使54万份认股权筹集2.997亿日元，预计9月18日开始交付股票。Metaplanet目前持有203.734枚比特币，过去几个月还新增了42.47枚。公司表示，此举是其长期投资策略的一部分，旨在加强在加密货币市场中的地位。
