Blockstream Launches Third Phase of Security Token BMN2 Offering Bitcoin Mining Exposure

Bitcoin infrastructure developer Blockstream has launched its third security token, Blockstream Mining Note 2 (BMN2). BMN2 is a European Union-compliant security token that is only available to eligible non-US investors. Each holder of a BMN2 security token is entitled to Bitcoins generated by Blockstream's 1 PH/s mining hash rate.
The first two rounds of BMN2 notes raised a total of about $7 million. The third round will be priced at $31,000 and the sale will run for three weeks. Blockstream is aiming to raise $10 million in the latest round.
