汇丰银行刘彦奇：房地产的资产通证化还存在很多挑战，诸如合规的问题

现场报道，汇丰银行环球数字货币主管刘彦奇在以《瞭望未来 RWA 链接全球新机遇的可能路径》为题的圆桌论坛中指出：房地产的资产通证化还存在很多挑战，诸如合规的问题，资产运行、数据传输，尤其是跨境的问题都还需做的更好。短期看来，我们发现能落地的就是传统的债券等熟悉的金融产品；从中长期看来，AI、IoT物联网方面都是通证化的大方向。
