Coinbase obtained restricted dealer license in Canada

Coinbase stated that it has registered as a restricted trader under the Canadian Securities Regulatory Agency (CSA) in Ontario. Last year, Canada introduced new guidelines for cryptocurrency exchanges, limiting the amount of money certain investors can invest in cryptocurrency and implementing mandatory registration for cryptocurrency companies. Coinbase is the first international cryptocurrency exchange in Canada to accept restrictions on dealer registration.
