8月29日消息，CoinGape 发推称，印度尼西亚当局正在考虑封禁聊天软件 Telegram 及直播软件 BIGO LIVE，因其涉嫌传播色情内容和推广网上赌博。印尼通讯及信息部长 Budi Arie Setiadi 透露，通讯及信息部已向两大平台发出「强烈」警告，且 Telegram 和 BIGO LIVE 的回应不够充分。「我希望立即封禁上述软件，但团队需要先进行进一步的研究。」
